The following policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping, and cancellations. 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if any of the following apply:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition (for change-of-mind returns, if applicable).

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or special-order golf carts or accessories
  • Items marked final sale
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

2. Return Process

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective product), we cover full return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind or customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by local consumer law.

Items sent back without an RA number cannot be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
  • If the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us, a partial refund or denial of refund may apply.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items:

  • Incorrectly delivered
  • Defective upon arrival

For exchanges on non-defective items, availability is not guaranteed.

You may cancel an order before it has shipped at no cost.

Once an order has shipped:

  • It cannot be cancelled.
  • You may still return the item according to our Return Policy above.

  • Downloadable digital products
